Paul was a very good plumber. I must say first, I told him I was going to put on the survey that he was VERY FUNNY. So, I just did. OK, aside from him being funny, he came prepared. He asked what needed to be done, review the different options, provided a quote before getting started and he moved on. The job was done smoothly, quickly and efficiently. JB as a company was also quite good. I called for a last minute service and they were able to provide the service. I do recommend them,

The trash compacter in our kitchen sink was not working. We had Jensen Beach Plumbing in to repair it and they did an excellent job. To begin, when we scheduled the appointment, we were given an approximate time and the technician, Roger arrived when they said he would. He was knowledgeable, informative and friendly and did an excellent job in correcting the problem. We highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Roger was on time, very professional. Kept us informed as to the work he was doing for us. We were very pleased with the work he did. Definitely would call him again.

From the start of our phone call, JB Services was excellent! They returned my call within minutes and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Joe, our service tech, was amazing! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs, explained the process of his service, worked on the water heater, and finished the job relatively quickly and with quality! I was very happy with this company at first and I wrote a good review but I'm now changing my review. I had called the office of the condo complex where we live and they gave me the name of this company. We had issues with both toilets. The cost was over $700 for the first visit and the technician was there for almost three hours. I had to call back and ask them to come back because one of the toilet levers that you push to flush was very stiff and difficult to flush. I assumed when I called that he was coming back to fix an issue that wasn't done right the first time. He did repair it by putting the rubber flap thing down inside the back of the toilet. I was so shocked when we were charged $224 for this. There shouldn't have been a charge at all because this is something that should've been done right the first time. Do not use this company because they will rip you off. I was at the condo for the first visit with my elderly mother but she was there alone when the second visit occurred and I definitely feel that she was taken advantage of.

Timothy arrived as scheduled in the morning and installed our new kitchen faucet. He put in new bathtub stopper apparatus with help from Leon as they had to be below the house and at the tub. Both items work great !
